Welcome to hl365. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("Member", "User") and hl365 ("Company", "Platform", "we") with respect to your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by hl365.
By accessing the hl365 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the hl365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy hl365, which forms part of this agreement.
Hl365 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Use of the hl365 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Aged 18 years of age or older on the date of hl365 account registration.
- A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- Not currently listed on any self-exclusion register or responsible gambling programme on any platform.
- Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an hl365 employee.
Hl365 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close an existing account without providing reasons, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one hl365 account only. Registering more than one account using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
During the hl365 registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:
- Full name as stated on your Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport)
- A valid and active Malaysian phone number
- A valid and accessible email address
- Accurate date of birth
- A strong, unique password for your hl365 account
You are solely responsible for keeping your hl365 account password and login credentials confidential. hl365 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login information secure.
Hl365 only accepts deposits via legitimate and verified payment methods. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the hl365 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Hl365 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond hl365's control. All successful deposits are automatically credited to your hl365 account and cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed.
Hl365 members may request a withdrawal at any time, provided the following conditions are met:
- Account identity verification (KYC) has been fully and successfully completed.
- All active bonus rollover requirements have been fully met.
- There are no ongoing security or fraud investigations on the account.
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit (for fraud prevention purposes).
The minimum withdrawal limit at hl365 is RM50 and the maximum withdrawal limit depends on your VIP membership tier. Bronze members may withdraw up to RM5,000 per day, Gold up to RM20,000 per day, Platinum up to RM50,000 per day, and Diamond members have no daily withdrawal limit.
Hl365 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for compliance review purposes if required. In such cases, the hl365 team will contact the member via their registered email or phone number to request additional documentation if necessary.
Hl365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, VIP cashback, daily bonuses, and special promotions for select sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League Final, Thomas Cup, and more. Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated alongside the offer.
General terms applicable to all hl365 bonuses are as follows:
- Each bonus may only be claimed by one account per individual, per phone number, and per IP address.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and may not be moved between accounts.
- The Welcome Bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Rollover requirements and applicable percentages are detailed on the Welcome Bonus.
- Cancelled, voided, or hedged bets will not count towards the rollover calculation of any bonus.
- Hl365 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of the bonus system.
All Sports Betting at hl365 — covering Malaysia Super League and EPL football, La Liga, ICC cricket, Thomas & Uber Cup badminton, e-sports, and more — is subject to the following general rules:
- Confirmed bets are final and may not be cancelled, except under specific circumstances as determined by hl365.
- Hl365 uses real-time updated odds. The odds confirmed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet.
- If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to members, unless otherwise specified in the relevant betting rules.
- In-play betting (during a live match) is subject to a standard security delay to prevent the use of privileged information.
- Hl365 reserves the right to restrict, decline, or void any bet if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, match fixing, or the use of insider information.
All Live Casino and table games at hl365 — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Texas Hold'em Poker, and more — are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software or conducted with real human dealers in licensed professional studios.
- The outcome of all hl365 casino games and table games is final once a round is completed, and no appeals will be entertained.
- In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, any incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes returned to members.
- Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. hl365 is not liable for any disruptions caused by connectivity issues on the member's end.
- The minimum and maximum betting limits for each table and game are clearly displayed within the game interface before you place your bet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hl365 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action:
- Registering more than one hl365 account, whether in your own name or another person's.
- Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the hl365 platform.
- Placing two-way (hedging) bets to fulfil bonus rollover requirements without genuine risk.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or poker.
- Using a false identity or providing forged verification documents.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the hl365 platform.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Members may close their hl365 account at any time by contacting the hl365 support team via live chat or email at support@hl365.bet. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the member's original payment method once all checks are complete.
Hl365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account unilaterally and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Identity verification failed or false information detected.
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour has been detected.
- Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
- Technical or financial security risks to the hl365 platform.
Hl365 operates an online platform as an intermediary for betting and gaming services. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, hl365 shall not be liable for any losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from:
- Unfavourable betting or game outcomes for the member.
- Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond hl365's control (force majeure), including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.
- Acts or omissions by third-party service providers, including game suppliers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.
- A member's decision to continue playing after receiving responsible gaming limit warnings.
In all circumstances, hl365's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Hl365 reserves the right to review and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material and significant changes, hl365 will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, either via email to the registered address or through a prominent banner notice on the hl365 homepage.
For minor amendments that do not affect members' fundamental rights, changes may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment. Continued use of the hl365 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
